David Lenwood King, 69, of Barboursville, passed away Friday, January 31, 2025 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel by Pastor Jody Fortner. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. He was born August 10, 1955, in Huntington, a son of the late Clarence and Mildred Plaster King. He was preceded in death by aunts and uncles, Kenneth and Betty Plaster, Maxine and Ernie Kilgore, Betty Kilgore, Niva and George Bickar and Leonard Plaster. He is survived by his wife, Hida Watts King; uncle, Carl Kilgore; aunt, Mary Plaster; and several cousins. The family would like to thank the St. Mary’s At Home Nursing Care and Therapy for their love and support. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
