Deloris Elva Hogan, 99, of Milton, W.Va., passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025. She was born January 6, 1926 in Pliny, W.Va., a daughter of the late Lafayette and Ethel Wallace. She is also preceded in death by her husband, James E. Hogan and by one son, Paul Powell. She was a volunteer at St. Mary’s Medical Center for 30 years. She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Roberts (Mac); five grandchildren, Jay Roberts (Sandy), Jon Roberts, Paul Powell (Cathy), Greg Powell, Dee Dee Noel (Larry); six great grandchildren, Jaymi Holland, Kayla Hamby (Steven), Gabrielle Powell, Brett Powell, Shelby Noel and Luke Noel; and four great-great grandchildren, Adrian Holland, Marcy Holland, Stevie Hamby and Barrett Hamby. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, March 7, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Minister Danny Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton.
