 Sandra Kay Sheppard, 68, of West Hamlin, WV, passed away March 5, 2025. She was born November 3, 1956, in Milton, WV, daughter of the late John Robert Cupp and Nettellah Gale Hutchinson Cupp. She is survived by her husband Michael Freeman Sheppard; two daughters Tabitha Schweickhardt (Joshua), and Beth Lisicki; one son Joshua Sheppard; two brothers John David Cupp and Michael Anthony Cupp; five grandchildren Peyton Sheppard, Taylor Dillon, Riley Sheppard, Bailey Schweickhardt, and Easton Spurlock; special friend Shanil Spurlock. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Jason Salmons. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock, WV.
