Kevin Douglas Bowen, 63, of Huntington, WV, passed away March 7, 2025, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He was born July 2, 1961, in Denver, Colorado, a son of Mary Spor Bowen of Westminster, CO, and the late George Lindel Bowen. He is also preceded in death by his brother Terry Lindel Bowen. He is survived by his son Kenneth Rascon of Jacksonville, FL; one sister Annette Busch-Cole of Thornton, CO; three grandchildren Bethanie Rascon, Abbagail Rascon, and Adam Rascon. Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Bowen Cemetery.
