Charles Edward Bowen, 73, of Huntington, WV, passed away March 10, 2025. He was born August 13, 1951 in Rittman, OH, a son of the late Charles Willard and Dorothy Foster Bowen. He was preceded in death by his son, Charles Bowen, Jr. He was a veteran of the US Navy and served in the Vietnam War. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Valorie and Bill Kendrick of Huntington; two sons and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Paula Bowen of Huntington and Aaron and Tammy Bowen of Kenova, and their mother, Patricia Sirop; sister and brother-in-law, Robin and Wesley Roberts of Huntington; eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
