Linda Ann Gibson, 74, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025. Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville by David Sturgill. She was born February 7, 1951, in Columbus, OH, a daughter of the late Mildred Frost Sturgill. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, William and Shelly Gibson of Barboursville; sister, Diane Devore of PA; brother, Robert Sturgill of Columbus, OH; sister-in-law, Linda Sturgill of Lancaster, OH; brother-in-law, Mark Dougherty of Columbus, OH; grandchildren, Giby and Rodney Gibson; nephews, Andy Dougerty (Niki), Doug Dougherty, Bobby Sturgill (Suzetta), David Sturgill, Drew Sturgill (Stephanie) and Eddie Gue; nieces, Ann Marie Meyer (Carson), Jackie McCool (Jim), Missy Dougherty, Lisa Sturgill, Denise Blank (Craig), Jerra Hedrick, Christa Cloud (William) and Sabrina Ruth and a host of great-nephews and great-neices; and best friends Susan and Harry Taylor and Angie Lathren.
