Helen Louise Smith, 65, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. She was born November 8, 1959 in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of the late Billy and Ada Louise Dillon. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Smith; one daughter, Janet Turley; two sisters, Phyllis Jean Robertson and Deborah Maxine Foo-Saunders; and by one nephew, David Robertson. She is survived by two sons, Chance Smith and Michael Smith; one sister, Charlotte Gail Butcher (Joe); one brother, Charlie Dillon; six grandchildren, Daryl Turley, Chance Smith, Makenzie Smith, Katilynn Smith, Bethanie Glover and Ashton Smith; five nieces and nephews, Melinda Dotson, Brian Butcher, Katrina Egnor, Chris Foo and Brittany Thomas. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will follow in Templeton Cemetery, Milton.
