Thoughts and prayers to the family. I am sorry to hear of Danny's passing and your loss. I have many years of good memories with Danny as doing security at Yesterday's. He was always joking around and having fun! I can still hear his voice in my head calling me "Lincoln County" with a big smile on his face.
See you on the other side, brother!

My heart's broken. Uncle Danny took me on an epic adventures through dirt roads, mud and water in Pap-paw's old Jeep. I got to ride back to Huntington with him in his Beetle. He always treated like I was an adult. Before Vietnam I remember him and Uncle Ronnie shinning their shoes with "Lay Down Sally" playing on the record player before they we courting in West Hamlin. Uncle Danny was the biggest tease to me. He was constantly playing tricks on me. As we got older, I would always make it a point to eat at Yesterday's or go dancing at his club whenever I came home to visit. Uncle Danny and Ronnie were in my wedding, along with my flower girls, Karmen Dyer & Tara Dyer. I know Mam-maw was there to greet him, along with the rest of his family who predeceased him. Karmen, Olivia, Leah & Luke my heart breaks for you. I love you all so much and I am always available to you to talk about hard things or easy things. My Mom was the only person that bought Uncle Danny a birthday present and a Christmas present, because everyone else would combine his Christmas present with his birthday. My Mommy was close with Uncle Danny. They talked a lot by phone. Sometimes he would come by the house and visit with Mommy before he went to work. You can finally rest in peace. I will always love you Uncle Danny.
