I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I had seen her a year or so ago at Woodlands and I knew she wasn’t doing well. She was a good friend and neighbor to my mother as well as all of us when we lived beside each other. I pray that your memories will provide you comfort during this difficult time. May she rest in peace.

Ms. Janice was my best friend ❤️ I love her so much ❤️ My name is Tonya & I took care of her at Woodlands. I'm the one who made her the big ornament with the pink J on it that she could leave on her tree all year. I am so very sorry for your loss. She is going to be missed every single day ❤️❤️ I used to sing & dance for her every morning & she would smile so big every time she saw me coming. I love her with my entire heart & I will keep her memory alive by telling stories of the fun times I had with her ❤️❤️ She was truly the kindest, sweetest soul I have ever met ❤️❤️

Janice Marie Hager, 88, of Huntington, passed away April 7, 2025. She was born March 7, 1937 in Madison, WV, a daughter of the late Roy White and Virginia Gore Hager. She was preceded in death by her husband, Avery R. Hager and two grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, Anita Gibson, Tammy Lawson, Valerie Hager and Heather Mitchell (Joshua); sons, Avery Allen Hager (Vivian) and Donald Hager (Vicky); brother, Ronnie Hager; eight grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
