Brody Wade McCaffrey, 15, of Huntington, WV passed away on July 19th, 2025 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born on November 11th, 2009 in Huntington, WV. Brody is survived by his son Ethan Wade, and the love of his life Peyton Benton, parents Casi Daniels & Tony Lee, "Mom" Joyce Daniels, grandparents Sheila "Sheki" Daniels, Kacey Watson, and Phil Cobble, great-grandmother Karen Ward, siblings Kiley Blankenship, Jude Blankenship, Jaxon Bartram, KC Hatfield, and Jace Cobble. Uncle Mark Daniels & Aunt Norena, Aunts Natasha Stiltner (Bill) and Kayla Ward, along with cousins Jon Hunter, Hayden, Gaby, Adriana, and Macklin Daniels, Samuel & Olivia Stiltner, Skyler Ward & Jocelyn Jackson, a host of special friends & his best friend Brody "Big Brody" Worley, who was a big brother to him.
Brody is preceded in death by his father Joshua Cobble, great-grandfather Floyd Daniels, his uncles Bobby Daniels & Ethan Lovejoy, Aunts Linda Daniels, Michelle Lovejoy, & Christi Ward, and his cousin Gavin Daniels. Brody was such an amazing person. He was smart, talented, funny, and the best karaoke singer. He loved to joke around and make people laugh. He had the biggest heart and loved his loved ones fiercely. He was full of life and energy from the moment he was born and his presence will be greatly felt and missed. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Wayne, WV. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.
