Mary Elizabeth Johnson “Beth,” age 54, of Milton, West Virginia, entered the presence of the Lord December 22, 2025 at 7:57 a.m. surrounded by her loving family. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She served as deaconess at Impact Ministry Center for several years. She worked as a Registered Nurse for 22 years. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Montie Johnson; two sons Micah Johnson of Milton, Daniel (Gabby) Reidiger of Scott Depot; and one daughter Gracie Johnson of Milton; along with her adopted children Ashley Nicole and Ashley Grant Massey of Milton; grandchildren Atlas, Colton and Michael; two sisters Kim Easter of Ona, Melissa Roberts of Winfield; one brother Kenneth (Melissa) Massey of Buffalo, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She was more than a nurse-she was a healer, an advocate, and a source of comfort to countless patients and families. She exemplified empathy, and strength, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her calm presence made a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. She was a woman of unwavering faith who walked hand in hand with Jesus. She found her strength in prayer, her Peace in Scripture and her purpose in serving others. Whether through her church, her family, or her quiet acts of kindness, she reflected Christ's love in all she did. While we grieve for us we rejoice in the promise of eternal life knowing that the second she closed her eyes in death she opened them and heard the words “Well done, my good and faithful servant.” We are all so very thankful for Beth’s presence in our lives and are better people for loving her and being loved by her. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, December 26, 2025, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Rick Carey. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Friday at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.
