Mary Alice Forgey, 91, of Glenwood, WV, passed away December 26, 2025. She was born November 7, 1934, in Glenwood, WV, daughter of the late Alwine Spurlock and Ona Nicely Spurlock. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Eugene Forgey, and one sister, Doris Ann Spurlock. She is survived by her stepdaughter, Connie Hayes (Kenneth); one sister, Judy McComas of Point Pleasant; niece, Jacqueline Connolly and her fiancé Charles Staats and his children, Michael, Matthew, and C.J. Staats; and great-niece Kaitlyn Connolly. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. Douglas Spurlock.
