Robert McGarvey Milton, born August 1, 1953, passes away February 18, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Robert’s life was marked by loyalty, strength, and deep love for those closest to him.
He was the son of the late Dorsel and Grace Milton. He was also preceded in death by his sister Kathy Alden and brother Paul Milton. Robert is survived by the love of his life who provided him with the most loving care, Dana Skaggs. He is also survived by cherished sisters, Judy Long and Marcie Cremeans and brothers Tony Milton and Keith (Jamie) Milton.
He leaves behind a legacy in his children, Tonya (Donald) Jones, Jason (Amy) Milton, Jeremy (Amber) Skaggs, Craig Milton and Michael Milton; grandchildren, Jordan Copley, Breanna Milton, Hanna Roberts, Ryan Jones, and Madison Skaggs; great-grandchildren, Carmen Brintley, Jesslyn Slater, Cooper Roberts, Colson Roberts, Isla Ash, Otto Ash, and Pierce Jones.
Robert was a proud member of the Tri-State Street Rodders Club, where he shared his love of classic cars and friendship with fellow enthusiasts.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Huntington.
