Lora Jean Wooten, 62, of Hurricane, WV, passed away April 12, 2026. She was born March 12, 1964, in Salt Rock, WV, daughter of the late Buster Roy and Emily Davis Sutphin. She was also preceded in death by two brothers Eddie Ray and Ernest Maxwell. She is survived by her husband of 46 years David Allen Wooten, two daughters Sarah Jean Dent and Cindy Elyse Wooten; four grandchildren Alexia, Andrew, Eric, and Gage; two great-grandchildren Adalyn and Maggie; and four siblings, Sharon, Mary, Lisa, and Dewayne. Visitation will be from 12 to 1 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2026, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2026, at Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock.
