Carolyn Sue Booten, 83, of Huntington, passed away July 6, 2026 at UK King’s Daughters Medical Center. She was born October 28, 1942 in Monroe County, WV, a daughter of the late Lewis and Violet DeWeese Lusher. She was also preceded in death by her husband, P.J. Booten, Sr. and one sister. She is survived by her son, Paul Booten, Jr.; grandson, Christopher Booten, and his mother, Christie Dial; one sister; one brother; and several nieces, nephews and friends. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
