Jeffrey Neal, 69, of Milton, WV, passed away on July 29, 2026 at his home in Milton.
He was born on October 22, 1956 in Milton, WV to George and Doris Neal. Jeff grew up in Milton and graduated from Milton High School. Jeff went on to work at Foodland in Milton and was known for work ethic contributions to his work place. Jeff took great care of his mother, Doris and sister, Sheila.
Jeff was a loving and devoted father, brother, son, soon to be grandparent, and friend. Jeff found joy in helping others, taking care of family members, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He was truly one of a kind!
Jeff will be remembered for kindness, humor, generosity, strength, caring, and for always being there when he was needed.
He was preceded in death by his father George Neal and brother-in-law, Steve Rule.
Jeff is survived by his mother, Doris Neal, sisters, Sheila Rule and Karen Glover, and sons, Wesley Neal (Ali) and Derek Neal (Aaliyah).
Funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2026 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Troy Nicely with visitation one hour before service, at Wallace Funeral Home, in Milton, WV, followed by burial at Neal Cemetery in Milton, WV.
