Billy Ray McCoy Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1943 - 2026 Billy Ray McCoy, 82, of Barboursville, passed away August 1, 2026 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was born October 22, 1943 in Huntington, WV, a son of the late William Harry McCoy and Clarice Crager Fritz. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy McCoy. He is survived by his sons, Charles McCoy Jr.and Gregory Jason McCoy, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, August 7, 2026 at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.
