Ruth Ann Bias Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1936 - 2025 Ruth Ann Bias, 89, of Barboursville, passed away September 13, 2025 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 20, 2025. She was born August 7, 1936, in Man, WV, a daughter of the late Ezra and Della Bias. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Verlin, Kermit, and Dallas and sister Charlene. She is survived by her caregiver, Sue Bias and nephew, Steven Bias.
