Louise Pinkerman Esque, 96, of Huntington, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 16, 2025. She passed peacefully at home with her daughter and niece by her side. She was born on January 18, 1929, in Cabell County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Raphael and Irene Aliff Pinkerman. She retired from Owens-Illinois after 32 years of service. She was a member of Davis Bowen Church and she loved her family and friends very much. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Corbley Esque, three sisters, Ermalie Pinkerman, Delores Hillier, and Mary Sacre, and two brothers, Wendell and Keith Pinkerman. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Esque, two sisters, Geraldine Wright (Larry) and Karen Jones (Mike), and sister-in-law, Kay Pinkerman. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Monday, October 20, 2025 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Services will be conducted at 3 p.m., following visitation by Pastor Sam Preston. Burial will be at Bowen Cemetery, Huntington, WV.
