Dreama Ann Meadows Kayser Bays, 71, of Milton, WV, passed away at home on Saturday, March 7, 2026, after a short battle with lung cancer, surrounded by family, two daughters, Bridgett Kayser Shaffer Davis and Bobbie Kayser, both of Milton, and a grandson, Mark Shaffer and his fiancé, Ashley Smith of Lincoln County. She was born July 28, 1954 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Robert Kenneth Meadows and Ola Ann Reynolds Meadows. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Bays of Milton and a brother, Merle Meadows of Culloden. Dreama was a retired 911 dispatcher for the Cabell County Emergency Services. The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice of Huntington and to Dr. Christine Westfall from Valley Health of Milton. There will be a private graveside memorial at Mount Olive Cemetery at a later date. Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, in charge of arrangements.
