1938 - 2026
 Minnie Eathel Bias, 88, of Barboursville, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 6, 2026. She was born February 13, 1938, in Lincoln County, WV, a daughter of the late Robert Lovejoy and Thelma Adkins Lovejoy. She was a retired telephone operator with C&P. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Glen Bias, one son, Raphael, one granddaughter, Tarra, and eight brothers and sisters who she loved dearly. She is survived by two daughters, Robin Shelton of Lesage, WV, and Neisja Jones of Tampa, FL, and one son, Jarrod Bias of Salt Rock, WV; four sisters, Nyoka, Dovetta, Teresa, and Gail; two brothers, Kenny and Everett; five grandchildren, Heather, Cory, Jesse, Jordan, and Makenna; and several great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. prior to funeral services at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel in Barboursville, WV with Jeff Arthur officiating. Burial will follow in Lincoln Memorial Park, Hamlin, WV, with Richard Hughes conducting the graveside service. Following the burial, family and friends are invited to gather for a time of food, fellowship, and remembrance at Lincoln County Methodist Church in Hamlin, WV. Oh Neisja! I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm so happy I was able to meet your mom. I loved hearing her story about being one of 15. Did she fit her name perfectly or what? I wish I could be there in person but know I am constantly thinking of you and the family. Much love!
