David P. Setzer, 82 of Trinity, NC, formerly of Barboursville, WV, passed away on November 19, 2023. David was born on July 25, 1941, to the late Howard and Helen Setzer in Johnson City, NY. David was a US Army veteran and retired building contractor. He loved his family and woodworking. David is survived by his wife Nancy Setzer; his sister Judy White of Knoxville, TN; his daughters, Marsha and Harry Hizer of WV, Holly and Bob Corolla of MD, Paige and Mitchell Hall of NC, Terry Roemer of NC, and Paula and Eric Cummings of VA; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his brother Jim Setzer and sister Carol Bauer. A graveside service will be held on Friday November 24, 2023 at 11 a.m., at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Salisbury, NC. A Celebration of Life visitation will be held on November 25, 2023 from 3 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the Wallace Funeral Home in Barboursville, WV. David P.
