Jonathan Eugene Auffant, 37 years old, of Ona, WV, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 18, 2024, with family by his side, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV, following a short illness. Jonathan was born August 10, 1987 and is survived by his father Johnnie Auffant, his mother Lisa Price Auffant, sister Amy (Jason) Turner, special cousins (“his brothers”) Steven (Amanda) Auffant and Aaron (Andrea) Auffant, special Aunt Sherry Auffant and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins including Joseph and Glenda Auffant, Tom and Sonia Perry, Steve Price, Darrell and Carolyn Hickman, Zach (Christy) Perry, Zeb Perry, Caitlin Riffle, Jessica (Colton) Ferguson, Alison Gundy, and Chris Hickman. Jonathan is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Juan Auffant, Sr. and Velma Auffant, and maternal grandparents, John Price and Laura Price, and special Uncle Rick Auffant. Service will be provided by Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, WV, 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 22, 2024 with visitation at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at Templeton Family Cemetery, Milton, WV.
