Wilma Jean Mitchell, 93, of Milton, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on December 7, 2024. She was born August 10, 1931 in Milton, W.Va., a daughter of the late John Earl Woodall and Virginia Maude Looney Woodall. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Austin Leland Mitchell and a daughter, Martha Jane Bragg. She was a homemaker and attended Bethel Worship Center and was part of Helping Hands Ministry in her younger years. She is survived by her daughter and sons-in-law, Virginia and Donald Shull and Michael D. Bragg; sister, Patricia “Patty” Ann McComas; grandchildren, Kevin Shull (Melissa), Calvin Bragg (Meagan) and Christa Wade (Junior); great-grandchildren, Cole Shull (Lindsey), Caleb Shull, Andrew Shull, Ethan Wade, Austin Wade and Shelby Wade, Jordan Shull, Aaron Shull, Brooklyn Shull, Liam Shull and Cayson Shull; great-great-grandchildren, Brigham Grey Shull and Beckett Graham Shull. The family would like to thank Cabell Health Care for their love and care. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 20024 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Kevin Shull and Cole Shull officiating.
