Carl Napier, 97, of Barboursville, passed away March 21, 2025. He was born December 18, 1927 in Huntington, a son of the late Bryan and Rose Combs Napier. He was a veteran of the US Navy and US Air Force, and served in World War II and the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Napier; son, Carl "Rick" Napier; brother, Edgar Napier; and sister, Madelean Vance. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Theresa Mae and Joe Higgins of Barboursville; and son, Larry Napier of Barboursville. Funeral services will be private.
