Lucy May Scarberry, 88, of Ona, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 3, 2025. She was born May 2, 1937 in Cabell County, W.Va., a daughter of the late, Herbert Luther Setliff and Allie Virginia Birch Setliff. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Scarberry; sister, Judy Johnson and brother, Jerry Setliff. She was retired from St. Mary's Medical Center after 30 years in housekeeping. She loved baking and doing crafts. She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Raines and her husband, William "Bill" Raines; sister, Anna Jean Childers; brother, Roger Setliff and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, November 7, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Kevin Shull officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton.
