Peggy Sue Edwards Meadows, 84, of Culloden, WV, went home to be with the Lord on June 20, 2026, at Cabell Health Care Center. She was born April 18, 1942, the daughter of Woodrow and Lottie Bird Edwards. She was the widow of the late Dallas E. Meadows. In addition to her late parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her in-laws, Emmett and Ina Meadows, her brothers, Kenneth Edwards and Harry Edwards, brother-in-law, Cecil (Jack) Loftis and dear friend, David Phelps, nephew Douglas Loftis and niece Rhonda Severance. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Tiffany Thorn (James) of Culloden; sister, Lela Loftis of Sate College, PA; sisters-in-law, Marie Edwards of Milton, WV, and Glenda Edwards of Culloden, WV; special friend and cousin, Rada Phelps; nephews, Jeff Edwards, Adam Edwards, Devin Edwards; nieces, Kim Edwards, Kerrie Pariso, Amy Thacker; and a host of family and friends. She loved her family above all things on earth. She was a member of Eastern Star #149. She attended Fairview Primitive Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, with Elder Tony Edwards officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Valley View Memorial Park, Hurricane, WV.
