George Everett Stevens, Jr Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1956 - 2016 George Everett Stevens, Jr. Wheelersburg-George Everett Stevens, Jr., 60 of Wheelersburg, passed away Sat. Sept. 10, 2016 at SOMC emergency room in Portsmouth, Ohio. George was born Sept. 7, 1956 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late George Everett Stevens, Sr. and Mable (Stone) Stevens. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Darryl Stevens and a sister, Phyllis Garland. He is survived by a son, Cody Stevens and a daughter Gretchen Ngarviya; three brothers, David, Bill and Roy Stevens; two sisters, Ellen Mickles and Betty Silvey and four grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2016 from 5 until 7 pm at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg, Ohio.
