Jeffrey Dallas Ratcliff
Ironton-Jeffrey Dallas Ratcliff, 45, of Ironton, Ohio passed away December 21, 2016 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. Jeffrey was born April 12, 1971 in Portsmouth, Ohio to Dallas Leslie and Ruth Viola Finn Ratcliff. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Retha Kitchen and grandparents Charles and Hazel Clevenger. He is survived by his father, Dallas Leslie Ratcliff and his mother Ruth Viola Finn Arnett and a sister, Joanne Ratcliff.
A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Cedar Street Church of Christ in Christian Union in New Boston, with Pastor Gary Heimbach officiating.
