Johnny Kay Elswick
Wheelersburg-Johnny Kay Elswick, 81, of Wheelersburg, passed away Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. Johnny was born March 2, 1935 in Jonancy, Kentucky to the late John and June Johnson Elswick. He was a self-employed Surveyor and a veteran of the US Army. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Fayetta Elswick Greer and a brother-in-law Ernie McLaughlin.
He is survived by three daughters, Mary (Doug) Casey, Traci Elswick, and Jennifer (John) Wilkinson; two brothers, Ronald (Joan) Elswick and Toby (Janice) Elswick; a sister, Susie Elswick McLaughlin; two grandchildren, Caitri Feddeler and Andi Feddeler.
There will be no visitation, private memorial services will be at the convenience of the family with interment in WHC Johnson Cemetery in Jonancy, Kentucky. The family has requested memorial donations be made in Johnny’s name to SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. Arrangements are under the direction of Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg, Ohio.
