Simon Donal Lang
Wheelersburg-Simon Donal Lang, 69, of Wheelersburg passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at SOMC ER in Portsmouth, Ohio. Simon was born March 8, 1948 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Simon Clifford and Irene Ruth Bauer Lang. He was owner of Lang Truck and Trailer Service and a member of St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church. Simon is survived by his wife, Linda Sue Imes Lang whom he married April 26, 1969 in Wheelersburg. He is also survived by a son, Eric (Kimberly) Lang; a brother, Robert Lang; four sisters, Ruth Ann Brauer, Nancy Cottle, Rita Petersen and Theresa Leake and three grandchildren Tyler, Madison and Rileigh.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am Saturday, December 23, 2017 at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church with Fr. Stephen Smith officiating. Interment will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4:00-8:00 pm on Friday, December 22, 2017 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg. Condolences to the family may be made at www.harrison-pyles.com.
