Scott Daniel Riggs
Houston, TX-Scott Daniel Riggs, 40 of Houston, TX passed away as the result of an auto accident in Houston Wednesday, May 30, 2018. Scott was born March 23, 1978 in Portsmouth, Ohio to David Riggs and Ellen Barber Moses. Scott was employed by the United States Environmental Services. He attended Gateway Community Church in Webster, TX. Scott was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carol and Norma Barber and an uncle, Thomas Alan Barber. He is survived by his father, David (Susie) Riggs and his mother Ellen Barber (Al) Moses; twin sons, Scott Daniel Riggs, Jr. and David Lee Riggs, III; a brother, Dr. David Riggs and his grandparents, Jack and Jean Riggs.
Memorial services will be held at noon Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Cornerstone Nazarene Church with Pastor Matt Hancock officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 11:00 am until the noon service hour.
