Paul “Cowboy” Blevins, Jr.
FRANKLIN FURNACE-Paul “Cowboy” Blevins, Jr., 47, of Franklin Furnace passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022 at River Run Healthcare of Franklin Furnace. Paul was born February 15, 1975 in Portsmouth to Paul Blevins, Sr. and Sheila Stapleton. Paul was a self-employed Tattoo Artist and Laborer. Paul was preceded in death by a brother, Shannon Blevins. He is survived by his parents. Also surviving is his step-mom, Marcella; a grandmother, Betty Oliver of Alabama; a son Austin Snyder; two daughters, Brittany Taylor of Chillicothe, Joyce Blevins, of Mansfield; a sister, Jennifer Ann Webb (Stephen); step-sisters, Katrina Marie Crabtree and Carrie Dawn Carter; a grandson, Mayson Taylor and several nieces and nephews.
Services for Paul will be 2:00 pm Sunday, October 16, 2022 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Leroy Blevins officiating. Interment will be in Junior Furnace Cemetery.
