Faye Nellie Lewis
SOUTH WEBSTER-Faye Nellie Lewis, 84, of South Webster, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2025 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. Faye was born May 21, 1940 in Adams County, Ohio to the late Jackson Cooper and Dorothy Evans Cooper. Faye was employed as a Sales Agent for Century 21, Real Estate and she is a member of Journey Pentecostal Church. In addition to her parents, Faye was preceded in death by her husband James Thomas Lewis in 2006, whom she married June 1956 in Mansfield, OH. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jesse and Bruce Cooper and seven sisters, Mildred, Dot, Maybel, Ruth, Rita, Icy and Martha. Faye is survived by four sons, Daniel, James, Johnathon and Anthony Lewis; a daughter, Cindy Stiltner; a sister, Ione Robinson; sixteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Graveside services for Faye will be 1:00 pm Friday, March 14, 2025 at Putney Cemetery/Squirrel town, Adams County Ohio. Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg has been entrusted with the arrangements. Condolences to the family may be made at www.harrison-pyles.com.
