Sandra Inez (Percell) Willis
WHEELERSBURG-Sandra “Sandy” Inez (Percell) Willis passed away Saturday, April 19, 2025 at home. Sandy was born November 9, 1942 in Portsmouth to the late Edward J. Percell and Margaret Hatten Percell. Sandy graduated from Wheelersburg High in 1960. After high school she married Clyde Willis on July 15, 1961 in Lyra, Ohio. Sandy is of the Baptist faith. Sandy received her Real Estate license in the 1970’s and attended several other college classes. Her main interest was being a homemaker and mother. She worked part time through the years, her favorites being selling real estate and being a radio D. J. Sandy is the mother of three sons, Clyde S. Willis II “Stan” wife (Kelly) James Willis (Laurie) Jason L. Willis (Andrea). Nine grandchildren, Sarah and Lacey, Amelia, Hannah, Lyndlee, Joel, Clyde S. Willis III, Margaret and Jason Andrew. Sandy is survived by her husband, Clyde Willis, a brother, Mark Hatten and a sister, Sue Leadingham, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and several special cousins.
Services for Sandy will be noon Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Brad Brandt officiating. Interment in Memorial Burial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 am until the noon service. Condolences to the family may be made at www.harrison-pyles.com.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Sandy. I can't imagine the devastation of your loss. I will be praying for you and your family in the coming days, weeks, months and years. The void she will leave in your family lasts a lifetime.
It's such a sweet comfort knowing you will be reunited with her one day in Heaven!!
