Gary Ray Pyles, 82, of Wheelersburg, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Wexner East. He was born September 15, 1942 in Scioto County, a son of the late Raymond Earl and Dorothy Mae (Stiles) Pyles. Gary worked at USEC in Instrument Maintenance and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Anabel (Wright) Pyles; one son, Brian Scott Pyles; one daughter, Terry (Dale) Penn, and one granddaughter, Savanna Twiddy.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Chris Oiler officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
