Robert McKinley Weaver Jr., 61, of Portsmouth, OH passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026, at his residence. He was born May 6, 1964, to the late Robert McKinley and Lou (Gifford) Weaver and is survived by his wife, Rebecca Jane (Newton) Weaver, whom he married on June 6, 2006.
Robert was the delivery manager for Smith Drugs and Pharmacy in Portsmouth and was a member of the New Boston Eagles #2271. He was an avid fisherman and he was a huge Bengals, Buckeye and Reds fan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister: Diane Keller.
Along with his wife, those left to celebrate his life are a son: Adam Weaver and Joshua Campbell; a daughter: Kristy (Derrick) Layton; two sisters: Doris Chamberlin, Robin Gross, seven grandchildren and many friends and family that will miss him greatly.
A funeral service will be 1:00pm, Monday, March 30, 2026, at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home, 11623 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg, OH with Pastor Chris Oiler officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11:00am until the time of the service, at the funeral home.
