With profound sadness and unwavering love, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Scott Jones, who went to heaven on July 13th at 10:11 p.m.
Jeffrey was a loving husband, father, cherished family member, and loyal friend. He shared 36 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Dana, and will be remembered for the countless lives he touched. His generous spirit, and love for Marshall football will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Jeffery earned his Master’s Degree and was an administrator for Cabell County Schools.
Jeffrey leaves behind his loving wife, Dana, his two beloved daughters, Lauren Mason (Caleb) and Logan Mann (Garrett), and his cherished granddaughters Nora and Charlotte, who were the pride and joy of his life. His love for his family was unwavering, and the memories they created together will be treasured forever.
Although our hearts are broken by his passing, we find comfort in knowing that Jeffrey is now at peace in the presence of the Lord. His legacy of faith and devotion will continue to live on through his family and all who were blessed to know him.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone for the prayers, love, and support shown during this difficult time. Your kindness and compassion have been a tremendous source of comfort.
