Stanley Ray Stamper Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1983 - 2005 Stanley Stamper (1983-2005) Stanley Ray Stamper, 21, of Garrison, died Tuesday, Sept. 20, in St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. He was born Oct. 7, 1983. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Garrison Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Crystal Dawn Cemetery at Quincy. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
