Vada Cole Tackett Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1926 - 2005 Vada Tackett (1926-2005) Vada Cole Tackett, 79, of Garrison, died Wednesday in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. Mrs. Tackett was born June 10, 1926, in Melvin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Tackett. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Wright's Chapel in Garrison. Burial will be in Skidmore Cemetery in Garrison. Friends may call from 6 to 8 tonight and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the church. Garrison Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
