To Margaret Terry:
Margaret, You are the only member of Alvesta's family that I have met. I have told you in the past how much I loved her. She was always so kind and cheerful, just a wonderful woman. My son adored her.
I had knee replacement surgery recently and am unable to come to the visitation.
I am so sorry for your loss. It was a privilege to know your mother.

Please know that my prayers and deepest sympathy are with you all as you mourn the loss of your mother, and dear friend. Ms. Alvesta will always hold a special place in my heart as she was instrumental in ensuring that a "village" (1800 block of Eighth Avenue) raised the neighborhood children with christian love. Love and Prayers, "Doll"
