I just found out about your Ms Ginny's passing and wanted to express my admiration for her and dear Lloyd. I went to church with them and that is where I got to know them. Later they moved next door to my former Mother in law and I enjoyed popping in on them after Lloyd's stroke when they could not get out. after his death she was instrumental in witnessing and bringing my former Mother in law to church events (which up to that point non of us had been able to do. My mother in law was a very sad and bitter woman. She held everyone at arms length and stayed behind closed doors. But Ginny got through those doors and walls like no one else did. I was with my Mother in law 5 hours before she died and asked her if she had made things right with God. She could not speak but nodded with peace in her eyes. She let me pray for her that day for the first time. I know Ms Ginny's friendship made the difference in Mrs Wiegand's life and I am sure she was not the only person touched by the life of Ginny Sharpless. God Bless you all.

I met Ginny when she served with the JMH "Pink Ladies". She was a fine woman and I enjoyed getting to know her then. I am so sorry for your loss. God bless you all.
