Ryan Everette Payne 32 of Lafayette, La. died at his home on December 31, 2011. Graveside funeral services will be held on Thursday January 5, 2012 at the Sanders Cemetery in Jasper at 4:00 p.m. A resident of Lafayette, La. he was the son of Everette Ray Payne Jr. and the former Joe Beth Wade. Ryan worked in the offshore oil and gas industry as a service technician. Survivors include two sons Cade Payne and Grady Payne of Katy, TX. the mother of his children Angie Melerine of Lake Charles, LA. his parents Skipper and Jo Beth Payne of Katy, TX. his companion Dena Canino and her children Breana and Alyssa of Lafayette, LA. sisters Allison Short and her husband Boykin and his nephews Noah and Sammy of Baton Rouge, LA. sister Taylor Payne of Katy, TX. and sister Elizabeth Peterson and husband Troy and niece June of Baton Rouge, LA. grandparents Tommy Joe and Nina Steptoe of St. Augustine, TX. grandmother Nola Payne of Jasper, TX. and his beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
