Jimmy,
So sorry for your loss. We found out that Aunt Eva had passed away several weeks after the funeral. Wish we would have known...we would not have missed it! We all loved her very much.

Jim and family - So sorry to hear about Mrs. Eva Mae. She was a fine lady and will be greatly missed but rest assured she is busy singing God's praises with Mr. Elbert!

This was such a shock...so sorry for your loss. We attended funeral of Charles "Buddy" Conn a few days ago...he played the piano for the Jasper County Quartet & worked at Morgan & Lindsey. Ms. Perkins was a wonderful singer...I can still hear her singing "I Have a Desire"...she will be a great addition to that Heavenly Choir.

I am the daughter of Marian Watson Garner,& Arthur Watson's step-daughter who has had some fun times at Eva and Elbert's when we attended the Jasper County Singing Convention. What a time it was except when I got bite by a squirrel he had in a cage. Of course, it didn't help that I stuck my finger in there either. Loved both of them dearly. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. She's only gone on a short journey and one day soon we'll all be reunited again.

Our sincere condolences for your loss, but am so happy for her! Mrs. Eva was a sweet and gentle lady, and we can picture her singing in Thee Choir with the rest of those altos!
