 Blanca Moore 74 of Jasper died at her home on Thursday May 10, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday May 14, 2012 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Jasper, TX. with interment to follow at the West Oaks Cemetery in Jasper, TX. Services under direction of Forest Oaks Funeral Home and Crematory in Jasper, TX. A native of Coatzacoalcos Veracruz, Mexico she had lived in Spain, England, Singapore, Malagrie, Australia in 1973 she returned to East Texas and moved to Jasper from Kountze in 1986. Blanca was involved in a variety of things in Jasper Exclusive Fashions, St. Michael's Parish Council and the Spanish Ministry, a Eucharistic Minister, Secretary Treasurer of the GOP- Jasper County Republican Club, Gardening, Embroidery, Cooking, Playing on the computer and writing books authored Born for Each, Serenade for Reyna and Remember I Love You. Survivors include a son James "Jimmy" Moore of Jasper, TX. a daughter Alexys and husband Kelvin Flowers of Orangefield, TX. a sister Reyna Jiminez Rustrian of Mexico City, Mexico. I am so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. We worked together at the Bealls Dept Store in Jasper when I was the Manager. I moved 10 years ago but still remember the quiet dignity with which your Mother carried herself. She did not have to tell anyone she was a Christian, it was obvious in her daily walk. We enjoyed many conversations about her church work and her family. I pray God grant you peace and strength as you face this loss.

I had not seen her for quite a while, but she was always her friendly self when I did
