Kandy Crain 57 of Newton, TX. died at her home on August 15, 2012. Private services were held on Wednesday August 15, 2012. A native of Silsbee, TX. she moved to Newton, TX. from Fred, TX. in 1985. Survivors include a father W.E. Crain of Dam B, TX. and a mother Sallie Crain of Newton, TX. brother Michael Crain of Lumberton, TX. sisters Debra Moore of Evadale, TX., Katha Crain of Bleakwood, TX. and Susan Wagstaff of Hemphill, TX. as well as numerous nieces and nephews. I was so upset to see this! Kandy was so very sweet. Yes she always got your address and name. She had Barbie dolls and would cut their hair short. I guess to match her hair. And she loved Elvis. I am so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you and your family. R.I.P. Kandy June. 409-351-0984

Funny how u run across things on the internet,this site was a surprise tonite.Kandy was my sister an still is,i miss her so very much,not a day goes by that i dont think of her an shed tears as i am now.I love her so very much,the hardest thing for me now is when i call my mom at night, as i have every night for many years,is i have to remember to say i love you,instead of saying i love yaw.I know it has been 3 1/2 mths since kandy passed,but if i say it,it hurts all over again.Kandy had many friends,she never met a stranger an she always got their name an address in her tablet,if they used their pen to write it,then she got the pen too.I will never ever stop missing her,i am so mad at god for taking her,i would have given myself if we could have traded places.I love you kandy,forever and always,sister, katha

I never had the privledge of knowing Kandy but knew other family menbers, her sister Susan mostly. My prayers are with the family, but also, I am sure that heaven has a new angel. God Bless you all. Sincerrely, Connie

I am soo sorry for your loss. Kandy had the worlds best caring and loving mother to take care of her. I was honored to be a part of helping you get aides and supplies needed for her. May God pour his many blessings upon you. Prayers for you and your family.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I always loved to come see Candy as her home health nurse. I liked to bring her pins, because she got such joy out of them. I know you will miss her greatly. My prayers are with you.
