JoAda N. Buford 76 of Jasper died at Shady Acres Nursing Home in Newton, TX. Thursday May 23, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday May 25, 2013 at Forest Oaks Chapel with private burial at the West Oaks Cemetery in Jasper, TX. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A native of Port Arthur, TX. she was a resident of Jasper since 1984 after moving here from Mauriceville, TX. Survivors include her husband W.N. "Blue" Buford of Jasper, TX. sons Willard N. Buford of N. Carolina and Phil N. Buford of Jasper, TX. a daughter Tina Buford of Bridge City, TX. Five grandchildren and Two great grandchildren.
