Charlotte Jean Lester Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1954 - 2023 Charlotte Jean Lester, 68, of Culloden, WV, passed away Monday March 20, 2023. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will be in Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery. She was born June 26, 1954 in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Charles and Pansy Booth. She is survived by her husband, Lonnie Lester. Jean, I love you and will miss you so much. You were taken so quickly there was no time for goodbyes. We spent so much time together in our younger days, times that I will always remember. We also shared a love for fur babies. Take comfort in Jesus. Cousins always, Pam
