Deloris Howard
FRANKLIN FURNACE-Deloris Howard, 79, of Franklin Furnace passed away Monday, July 10, 2023 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. Deloris was born July 26, 1943 in Salyersville, KY to the late Oran Barnett and Doll Gullett Barnett. Deloris was a Business School graduate and was the former owner of Howard’s Bookkeeping and Tax Service. In addition to her parents, Deloris was preceded in death by her husband, David Howard. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jay Barnett and Frank Barnett and two sisters, Janet Darby and Lyda Scarberry. Deloris is survived by a brother, Rick Barnett of Franklin Furnace and two sisters, Barb Phipps of Thornville, OH and Faye Jenkins of Wheelersburg, OH.
Services for Deloris will be 6:00 pm Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park.
