My condolences to Carol and the girls along with their extended family. My heart goes out to all of you. Burly was an incredible man who was always there for those in need. He was a great neighbor, co-worker at SCJFS , and most of all friend to many. He was a good Christian man! We know he has entered the gates of Heaven and no longer in any discomfort as he rests in his new body enjoying the mansion God prepared for him. He’s there is sweet harmony awaiting the rest of his family as he watches over you. Carol if you need a friend to talk to call me Love and prayers!

Please accept my condolences. Chief Wheeler was a major helpful cog in running the SCR 505 unit in Portsmouth. He will be sorely missed by me and all of our shipmates.
